Blood Orange Sunkit Neocaridina Shrimp showcase brilliant scarlet-to-orange hues that create dynamic focal points within planted aquascapes and biotope displays. These hardy freshwater invertebrates serve as dedicated algae and biofilm processors, systematically maintaining water quality and ecological balance through relentless foraging activity. Their docile disposition and minimal metabolic footprint make them compatible with community tanks and delicate aquatic environments. Sustain colonies of 10+ individuals in consistent parameters between 65-75°F with moderate hardness and ample plant coverage or substrate complexity for shelter. Their exceptional breeding productivity, luminous coloration, and perpetual grazing patterns establish them as essential inhabitants for aquarists balancing visual sophistication with practical tank stewardship in both compact and expansive systems.
